I don't know but it seems to me that there is a difference between conjuring liquidity out of thin air based upon capital asset values and simply providing capital. I think the first one could be construed as FRAUD, if it weren't made legal by governments..

Credit currency is not money or dollars or FRNs and it has no legal standing as money, but all debts incurred through its use are legally binding.
