If YOU have any extra money get with your friends and form an LLC so YOU can buy the TOO CHEAP Real Estate & Rent for Positive Cash Flow before Banks & more out of state investors BUY IT & leave it Vacant!! We have 15,000 Vacant Properties in Dayton, Ohio & One more big one NCR when they leave their World Headquarters to the City that gave birth to them! It is a fact that Crime Increases when there are Vacancies! Housing & Crime go hand in hand. Fix the Housing & Can help Fix Crime! Wake Up The World Needs YOU!

Thank you Bank Lady you saved me $134 in Fees actually $104 plus $30 to Close My Account since was 30 Days Late! Everything in America is based on a Credit Score. Mine obviously is jacked! :) I feel sorry for people stuck in the system who have no clue. Please Wake Up and Watch What You Do.
