Great molten slabs of info-tainment that I have decided to preserve on this channel...an idea I stole off another youtube user; 'selltorent', but since he hasn't logged in for 3 months I've figured that he has lost heart in the project.

I was unable to watch his ground-breaking 'Things i have shoved up my arse' without crying.
Like the memory of a first lover, the heart-rending pathos and beauty of that simple film will remain with me forever.
We are currently experiencing the STR 'bear trap' phase of the housing cycle (the predictable dip in prices before the REAL boom starts).
