@1cindygunawan If you do not have a tool you can use a tea spoon. Just place the spoon end down (bottom of spoon) against the pin next to the one you want out and lightly twist up the spoon and out comes the pin. Just always keep the spoon touching a pin next to the one you wish to remove..works ...

@xDet3rmin4tionx The best way to store your guitar when not in use, is always keep it in the case with this system in the guitar and in the case. I have one of theses and it works very well. If you keep your guitar in the case when not in use, it will greatly increase the life of the guitar.

I am thinking of buying one of these to use as a fingerstyle guitar. I have a Crafter D8N
