SCHMECKT WIE DIE BURGER KING HOT BROWNIES! :D
Huhu. Es war ein Versuch und rein Geschmacklich ist er komplett gelungen. Kuchen aus der Tasse aus der Mikrowelle oder auch Cake in a Mug klingt doch etwas strange, funktioniert aber wirklich richtig gut. Man hat fast alle Zutaten zu Hause, macht nicht zu viel Geschirr dreckig und spart vor allem Zeit, wenn es schnell gehen muss oder der kleine Hunger plötzlich kommt. Ich bin ein Fan! Ja klar, optisch ist da definitiv noch was drin, aber vorrangig ist und bleibt ja der Geschmack.
Ihr braucht eine Mikrowelle, geeignete Tasse und einen Esslöffel. Ansonsten:
4EL Mehl
4EL Zucker
2EL ungesüßten Kakao
2EL Ei (am Besten vorher verquirlen)
3EL Milch
3EL Öl
3EL Chocolate Chips
etwas Vanille-Aroma
Alle Zutaten werden dann einfach direkt in die Tasse gegeben und verrührt. Das ganze kommt dann zum Schluss für 2,5 - 4 Minuten in die Mikrowelle, abhängig von der Stufe. Ich hatte meine auf Stufe 2 (von 3) und 3,5 Minuten wären perfekt gewesen.
