@shiningmile Actually Motiv8 wasn't Brian it was Steve Rodway. Brian was a programmer on some of the Motiv 8 stuff like Gina G. Both Brian and Motiv 8 were signed to Eternal/WEA by Steve Allen. Brian did though go onto do other tracks with St Etienne and the other stuff you mention there.

@hurlevent52 Yes it does, j'adore l'ambiance, it isfantastic, she sounds marvellous on this, it really reminds me of Theme de Francois from the new Vanessa Contenay-Quinones album 'Allez Pop' and 'C'est Magnifique' on this record is very BB/Gainsbourg as well find it on here maybe

@MARIAPDELGADO This moving song is from Vanessa's album fantastic 'Allez Pop!', I read somewhere Francois is her father, can anyone else verify?

nice clip but music is style over substance, great Spectoresque sound but song only ok, album track at best..better songs on the Vanessa Contenay-Quinones stuff, Allez Pop!

@Trintingnante great stuff on here Dutronc etc I don't think people have discovered Vanessa Contenay-Quionones stuff then, review in this months RollinG stone is good so I think she is getting more recognition now..she IS french pop 60's but now.
