"That's fine. I like talking about prostitution, it's my favorite thing EVER."
Your sarcasm wins. And I hope you're having fun in Sweden. (=
I grew up near an airbase (more than one airbase, plus other airports, actually) so I grew so used to hearing planes that I hardly notice them anymore. I actually have heard the quote, "You know you are from Virginia Beach when a fleet of jets flying overhead doesn't interrupt your conversation."
Also, your volunteer job sounds amazing. The only volunteering I have done is local-traveling to other places would be a great experience.
Is that you singing? Because you sing really well.
My favorite CD...hmm. I have a few. American Idiot by Green Day (a lot of people seem to hate it, but I loved it), I'm Not Dead by P!ink, So Jokes by Hank Green, Silent Echoes (technically an EP) by Dr. Noise, The Wall by Pink Floyd, Dark Side of the Moon (also by Pink Floyd), the OBC recordings of Rent, Wicked, the Phantom of the Opera, and Spring Awakening, and the sountracks to the Lord of the Rings trilogy, Star Wars, and Star Trek.
I really want Kristina's outfit. It's so made of awesome.
...I'm a sad person. I kept thinking of how I really would like to use the outfits and props in D&D roleplay. And how it reminded me of the D&D movie "The Gamers", a movie that few have heard of as it was a really obscure independent film. It's really funny, actually, and I'd recommend it to anyone who plays D&D or any RPGs. (=
I'm glad Tom is doing so much better. (=
Side note-I can finally pronounce Utrecht! I had never heard it spoken before.
Also, I LOVE your nerdglasses.
Wow. The city you live in is beautiful. I'm jealous-I've lived in the suburbs most of my life (though I live in a rural area now and did for a few years during my childhood). Richmond, the closest "city" to us, is really not all that impressive. I've been to New York City once and it was incredible. I'd like to see other cities throughout the world as well. (=
Puppies and kitties ftw. :3 I'm petsitting for my parents starting tomorrow for a week, while they are on spring break in Florida (my mom is a high school teacher and has a different spring break than me)
Have fun in Africa, and congrats on getting accepted for your masters.
What are you planning on doing for a career, out of curiosity?
Here in the US generally the easter colors are baby blue and light pink, along with green. Granted, yellow and purple are also used too. Mostly just all really light colors. (=
"Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind."
While watching this video I attempted to compare the mentioned animal moves to Pokemon moves. I'm a nerd.
I don't personally have any bizarre disorders (have a few not-so-bizarre ones), but it runs in my family for kids to be born with webbed feet and gills (as everyone has gills in the womb originally). We think it comes from a town in Scotland where people were often born as such, I believe. I'm not sure of the full details.
I wish I had money to donate. I will definitely help spread the word though. Charity Water is one of my favourite causes.
When I first saw the title to this I thought "side-boob" was a new nickname for the doobly-doo.
apparently during the Project for Awesome some nerdfighters managed to convice John "ftl" means "French the Llama". Since then he has found out it really means "for the lose", but has decided "French the Llama" sounds better. (=
"I had a best friend...Nintendo Entertainment System." Sounds like me with the n64 when I was a kid...xD
I have a scar on my stomach...I managed to get hit by the pointed edge of a hardback book. A true nerd injury xD
I really feel awkward singing in front of people. When I'm alone my voice is relatively good, but as soon as I'm around someone, my voice goes *squwaaaaaaaaaaak*
1-What is your favourite charity or cause?
2-How do you measure a year?
3-Favourite book other than the Harry Potter books?
4-What song best describes you? (Doesn't have to be wrock but it can be)
This song is awesome! It reminds me a bit of Wake Up by Hilary Duff. Keep up the great work, Joe! <3
