Wuxia/Kung fu cinema has been a part of my life since I was young. Being an only child, the Confucian ideals presented in such films were my reigning influence. As a teenager, I read Jin Yong & Gu Long novels. I will on the occasion upload clips or tributes pertaining to kung fu cinema for all to enjoy.
I generally float towards the intelligent action films that delve in character motive and boast a fleshed-out story.
For those looking to update their kung fu film collection, among the new releases I recommend Ip Man I & II as well as Reign of Assassins and Man From Nowhere.
I'm considering uploading personal videos. I'm not your slick Vlogger, though, as I am often part of the insanity I intend to capture. I'm certain Dong has captured enough of my embarrassment for a lifetime. ;)
