@lpbuttcheeks Drink one cup or 250 ml three times daily. Give it 3 to 5 days for it to start working. Your increased milk flow should be noticeable within this time, then you can increase or decrease frequency as needed. The only side effect that I had was that I smelled like maple syrup.
