As he tries his hardest to make Katrina remember, she suddenly turns on him saying 'she wishes he never came to Sleepy Hollow' but as Ichabod leaves, she suddenly remembers what would've happened if she hadn't passed out after the Headless Horseman, but thinking it's too late she collapses to her knees, but when she looks around, there's Ichabod.
