@jandabrock I know that the general design will not change, but for sure, Windows made it somewhat "ugly" because if they did make it look like the very final product, there would be no need to pay to get Windows 8 update disc - something Microsoft does not like.

@commandergree1231 It's called the "Wilhelm scream", a sound effect used on most Lucas' movies including Indiana Jones and Star Wars. Wikipedia has the sound effect with the history of the sound effect.

@mojeda117 The red colored guards are the "Emperor's Guards", and the things they are holding are known as force pikes, which carry stunning to deadly amounts of electric bolts. The other people who comes with the emperor are just part of his mini-cabinet.

To be honest, this is not really a webbrowser. Visual Basic used the Internet Explorer rendering engine. True browsers are made with C# or C++ and some CSS tinkering to format webpages.
