hey! Just a question/tip about the lip stain... wouldnt it be better to apply the stain to dry lips, and then put the lipbalm over the top? Its just that when i use my lipstain (bodyshop) that it only goes on well if my lips are dry first (it doesnt settle well if i already have lipbalm/gloss on)...
