Hell yeah! You might see me around. I head up to the 50's Mcdonalds on Telegraph by 94 and the Old Country Buffet parking lot by there every once in a while during the summer. The engine is out of my car right now. It's getting a new rear main seal and heads gone through. Getting a head start on getting it ready for cruising next summer. I just saw your comment on my channel. Yeah that race was me at the High School Nationals, I will be racing again with the maverick on May 7th at Milan Dragway. I got her running good, that event you saw the video of was my first event that I was able to race at. Are you in Michigan?

i remember being about 9 or 10 in the late 70s and my mom sister and i driving from Toronto to somewhere in w.VA for summer vacation in a yellow and black maverick /comet im pretty sure that bad bitch had a 351 windsor motor in it.

Got a '73 Mav (& '71 Harley XLH Sportster, '79 Corvette, '84 300ZX, '84 Buick Regal Ltd, '93 Ford Aerostar). I took my 1st restricted & then operators license in the Maverick. Killer Mav wheelie, BTW! Saw you on Connyfogle's Zep page & had to check you out. As far as Fords, I've had a '73 & a '75 Ranchero (400 & 351, respectively), Mustangs: '65, '68 convertible, '70 Grande & '86 GT (stolen when the car was only 2 years old, dang). I sold off my '77 Datsun 280Z, '70 VW Bug & '81 Chevy HiTop van. My 1st car was a '70 Pontiac Grand Prix. Also had a '73 Grand Am (both with 400's). I would like to part out the Maverick if you know anybody interested! It's got a 250 straight 6, auto & 14" Centerlines but is a bit rough. Not running. Good chassis tho. Led Zeppelin Rules!
