The Denver District Attorney refused to file either felony OR misdemeanor charges against the hero who pushed the pig (Jarrod Tinnin) on the motorcycle.
The Denver city attorney can still file charges, but the very worst punishment that could be imposed is a VERY SMALL fine and ZERO jail time.
