Why did they say they could press charges? Clearly the younger guy swung first, so the older gentleman was defending himself. Not only that, the older guy can press charges because at the end of the video, the young man said he was going to kill him.

I played on a flag football team in a league that had actual contact rules. Blocking and bump and run coverage was allowed. Real rules. 1st and 10 rules, not the stupid 20 yard segments. The only thing you couldn't do was tackle. Our team would destroy this team.
