About Me:

I recently discovered YouTube. I was very pleasantly surprised to find a support system here that I am so thankful for. This has already been the start of great friendships that I am very grateful to have. I am very appreciative for how open everyone has been in their video's, it has been incredibly inspirational and helpful. It has brought to the forefront for me how crucial spreading awareness and education is for so many reasons and how much I want to be a part of this and join the ranks.

I have been living with chronic illness for many years now. I am so thankful to God that I have finally found a diagnosis and no longer live in what I call "no diagnosis land." I have recently been diagnosed with Dysautonomia/ Pots Syndrome ( Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome.) There are no words to explain what it means to finally have a name, a face to something that has always made its presence known in my life. That has always managed to hide itself behind the words "we don't know what is wrong with you." I have always felt it was an unfair fight, that I was trying to fight with a blind fold on. That blind fold being removed has been mentally rejuvenating. I know with out a shadow of a doubt that with God as my father guiding me, now that he has removed that blind fold I cannot only fight stronger and harder with my eyes wide open but hopefully help others in their fight as well.

I am blessed with wonderful support systems in my life. Amazing parents that always encouraged me to never give up especially at the times I need to hear this the most. Awesome friends and wonderful siblings that are always there for me. And an unbelievable man that always stands by my side in spite of the fact I don't literally stand very well next to him lol. I am a Mom of three of the most incredible son's a Mom could have. My son's are older now, raising them with a chronic illness has had its challenges and I have always worried how this would affect them. But I can see now that it has instilled traits in them such as compassion and patience, that they decided to turn the bad into good and for this I am so very proud of them. It has not been the life I had planned for them, illness changed those plans. But by God's good grace it has ended up being the most wonderful life, and no amount of illness can take that away from us :)

Ps I am proud to have been asked to be a sub on the channel Elevate4Him. If you have a minute come check it out. :D
