Odds and sods from fools and gods.
"Pretend inferiority and encourage his arrogance." 長卿 Chang Qing
"Man who stand on hill with mouth open will wait long time for roast duck to drop in."
"It is man that makes truth great, not truth that makes man great."
"What you do not wish for yourself, do not do to others." 孔丘 Kong Qiu
He who is an ass and takes himself to be a stag finds his mistake when he comes to leap the ditch. 長卿 Chang Qing
"Among individuals, as among nations, peace is the respect of others' rights". Benito Juarez.
'No todos los que chiflan son arrieros'
[Not all who whistle are mule drivers] Author unknown
Once there came from the far desert to the great city a simple man who was a dreamer, and he had nothing but the clothes on his back and a staff by his side.
And as he walked through the streets he looked about himself, in awe and wonder at the cities magnificence. And frequently spoke to passers-by, asking them all about their city - but they did not understand his language, nor he theirs.

About Me:
On the road to Angel Gate
There is a place in time and space
Where angels have to wait,
For some have forgotten the important things
Like harps and songs and lily white wings,
Although it may sound quite absurd,
The angels cannot break their word,
Adam can fail and enter heaven,
Eve can beg and be forgiven,
Angels touched by imperfection
Cannot run the risk of rejection,
All the while you can feel her fears,
Touch her heart and know her tears,
Here you are at the Angels Gate,
And only angels wait at the angel gate,
Although you can enter
You chose to wait.
With those who chose to share their fate
And wait outside the Angels Gate
Still I wait, and still I wait,
I wait outside the Angels Gate
