Jane - Wayfaring Stranger

Hi - I am the perfomer, many thanks for your compliments!
The dulcimer was made by my OH. It's maple top with mahogany back and sides. It's long (31" string length from bridge to nut) and he made it with the extra 1.5 fret in it for playing flattened 3rds. Tuning is AEa.

I met Maia in Tbilisi in January 2006 when I was there to do some work at the state university. She is a lovely person and has a stunning voice too. I wish she could make it to the UK on tour!
