On second though, I have decided to use the Sonic & Sega All-stars Racing Announcer as Mr. Percival in my TTA/Thomas Character Themes videos. It will be an edited picture of the Rock Quarry Manager's office from TUGS, much like L&RF's pictures of the Vulture Squaron General and the PoPP Narrator.

Attention, fans. Due to the many T&F character themes uploaded recently, I have decided not to cancel my Extended TTA/T&F character themes video, but to extend it into a 2-parter. Production on part one will begin as soon as I decide who to use for Mr. Percival. If you have any ideas on who to use, please tell me.
