I sometimes License my original content to Commercial Network TV programs for onscreen credit & 50-70/sec nonexclusive if you inform me of the use prior to using it. If you do not give me the opportunity to decide if I want you to use it and I find that you used my work without notifying me the rate is 120/sec. and you will hear from my lawyer.

If you are a NonProfit and/or simpatico production we can negotiate for a mutually agreeable deal instead.
