@78formula62 probably flowmaster 40 series or super 44 series mufflers welded in, and an off-road x pipe bolted in so the cats are removed and short length headers to match the x pipe.

@dontstreetrace the gxp was in neutral, watch when he starts it up his lights turn on and then his brake lights illuminate as he shifts to neutral, you even see his reverse lights come on for a split second because he's shifting down to neutral...

favorite generation mustang as well, sounds like borla stingers and an offroad mid pipe, am i right?

what lowering springs do you have and are those eagle alloy wheels?

the avalon kept up because the charger weighs 530 lbs heavier, it's all about the power to weight ratio, no one ever thinks about that.

@xyzdorky66 on an ls1 catback they don't replace the y pipe because the factory cats are welded into the y pipe, so it's just from the y pipe back

@DylanLFS how is this civic anywhere even close to competing with this trans am in the video? i think putting a humungous "fart cannon" muffler on a 4 cyl, is where men are trying to "compensate" for something...

@gradxg the ss has the 5.3L ls4 that's mounted transversely since it's in a fwd impala. completely different engine than the vortec 5.3 v8 that goes in a silverado since it's in a rwd vehicle

is your trans am an auto? had you ever done a 0-60 run in it when it was stock or had the exhaust?

mach 1 had no problem whatsoever, and the evo is awd too lmao

290hp awd vs 215hp rwd, not really a fair comparison, and the mustang is about 10 years older. nice evo nonetheless

@MrButtersWorth99 a catback system replaces the piping behind the catalytic converters with larger diameter, better quality piping for higher performance gains and better sound. It also includes a high flow muffler and new tips for looks.

does it have a rev limiter at 4000 rpms in park?

so are you running no mufflers and no resonator in this video?

maybe mustangs are popular because they're inexpensive, good looking, have pretty good power in stock mode and are easy to modify, ever given that a thought? Hondas may be cheap as well but to make one fast in stock form will also leave your wallet fairly empty. this exhaust sounds good btw

you start the time when the arrow on the speedometer starts moving, i got 7.7 seconds both times i clocked it. not too bad really

so you had stock catback besides the flowmaster mufflers and o/r x pipe? i know all x pipes are 2.5" or bigger and the mustang catback is 2.25", how did you get you them to connect?

did you have just magnapack mufflers or did you get the magnapack cat back system? i'm wanting to run just the mufflers and get an o/r x pipe but idk if i need 2.25" mufflers or 2.5"
