@Mayo1342 You probably adjusted the bass trim pot, i didn't know it was in there too when I first opened it, so that was a pleasant surprise. But if you look good, there is a second one for adjusting the noise gate. Check out the manual if you're still having trouble.

Try to play around with the pitch knob on the psychedelay instead of using the pitch pedal, it doesn't have the tracking problem the pitch pedal has because it speeds up your signal rather than raise it in pitch, but in combination with a good verb you can get awesome shimmer sounds.
