@mixmastermeeks If you have a massive budget deficit and you lower taxes you're a fool, period. Kennedy clearly says "IN THE ABSENCE OF AN ECONOMIC CRISIS".
Common sense tells me that if you've got a deficit, then you sure as hell shouldn't maintain a low tax rate on billionaires.
