THIS IS TO NOTIFY ALL OF YOU that I am in the process of obtaining third party discovery in the above case from and regarding Mr. Trudelle, MaxFinance.com, Inc. and, specifically my allegations of Mr. Loewenthal's legal malpractice concerning my allegation of Mr. Trudelle and/or Maxfianance.com, Inc.'s slander of my title and interference with my former mortgage agreement on 3419 W. Empedrado Street, 33629. Discovery requests will be made to Flagstar Bank, Royal Stewart Arms, Inc., Ms. Rxxxxxx. Hill of Tampa. Further, as you know, third party discovery will be made to Bravenet and TierraNet, Inc.

Also, I am in the process of gathering all Affidavits filed by Mr. Trudelle in the various cases in which he and maxfinance have been involved. Mr. Trudelle filed an affidavit in the case concerning the condo in the Royal Stewart Arms matter as well as many other cases.

Although parties to a case are given advance notice to object to such discovery, I am providing MaxFinance,com, Inc. this opportunity to make an objection in advance of my making the discovery requests. I will judiciously consider any objection it may wish to make. If necessary, I will ask the Court to consider such objections in advance of making the discovery and provide your attorney with notice of same.
Unless I receive such objection by a Florida Licensed Attorney within ten (10) days I will proceed with said discovery in the above referenced case. Since Maxfinance is a corporation I will not entertain any objection unless I receive same from an attorney. Further, I will not entertain an objection unless it is delivered to me by E-mail or facsimile to 813.832.2775.
