Not in my opinion. Serge had far more weakpoints. He didnt brought his thighs up to his upperbody, weak calves, weak back and he lost size when he rised his arms. But everybody has other opinions.

Arnold best them both. Lou had conditioning and definition problems and Serge had zero calves and a weak back.

@PowerOfRealMusic No his best was 238 lbs at 1974 Mr. Olympia. His heaviest was at the 1971 olympia with a bodyweight of 250 lbs. And that he took cadaver gh is only speculation.

@rasro Arnolds back was very detailed. Ken Waller called it a roadmap in pumping iron. Arnold had incredible lower back development and actually good triceps but they are overshadowed from his huge biceps. He had an incredible physique. No need to try to take anything away from him.
