Flaming Chicken's Productions

We aim to be the best of railfanning studios on Youtube. We now come to you in full 1080p HD video quality with professionally edited shots to reduce glare and wind noise, and increase the sharpness and quality of the shots to give you the most crystal clear images.

Our focus is mostly on the Metra Milwaukee West District line in Wood Dale, Bensenville, and Itasca. Every once in a while we will get shots from Elmhurst, Rochelle, or on some rare occasions, the BNSF lines down in Arizona, Nevada, and California. But where ever we are, no matter the weather, or the time, or any amount of those annoying bugs, we will still bring you the crystal clear footage you expect from Flaming Chicken's Productions.

A friendly reminder to all fellow railfans: Please do not trespass on railroad property to get your shots. People who trespass are ruining our hobby. All of my shots were taken legally from station platforms or railroad crossings. Also if questioned by police; Don't argue, it gets them angry. If they ask you to get out of a restricted area go do it. If you want to dispute just do it quietly and calmly. Remember they cant take your footage but they CAN arrest you and ban photography of trains.

1. What camera do you use?

-I use a JVC Everio HD Camcorder

2. What kind of stand do you use?

- I use a Canon tri-pod that is probably older than me. I oil it every two railfanning days with a silicon spray.

3. Will you came railfan with me in _____?

-I do not take Railfanning trips. I can go around the Chicago area but it depends on where.

4. Who is on the crew?

- My Dad Christ has taken some pictures for us but Me (Doug) and Eric are usually the crew.
