You can't blame Taylor for what has happened to a guitar after 7 years. There are a million other factors that a careless owner/retarded luthier could have done to cause the issues with the guitar. These customers should go to a real luthier that won't bitch about everything wrong with the guitar...

awesome, what do you use to hook the midi up to the computer? Also what software do you use? I'm a guitarist and clueless to synths but I ordered one of these guitars and would like to learn to use it properly as a midi controller.
