The more crowding you have in your mouth before spacers, the more they hurt when they are put in and the worse your teeth are before braces, the more it hurts when you get them on. :)

Thank you so much for posting this video, it explain and showed me everything I needed/need to know about the process of getting them on. Getting spacers August 8, 2011 and getting actually braces on August 16, 2011 ( a week after getting spacers). Helped alot, THANKS ! :)
