The sax reminds me a bit of the riff in Carole King's '74 song, "Jazzman"--a year when a lot of songs featured sax.

@amynxdx Should be plent of footage of your Dad here on You Tube. I remember him from his Bengal days--a big guy for that era, if memory serves--at least 6'6" and about 270. He also spent some time early in his career with the Jets.

The results of this game were frankly quite unexpected. The Packers came off of a 4-10 season the year before and were a wretched 1-3 in the pre-season. To say the least, expectations were pretty low going into the season.

I had read that John would have liked to have had Frank Sinatra cover this song.

@packermandan It's been awhile since we've had a really cold Christmas. Odds are you'll get decent weather, but you never know. Back in '83 we had minus teens for temps.
