The Fitness Phenom Grand Prize Winner will earn the opportunity to have their very own, all expenses-paid, fitness DVD produced for North American retail distribution plus $1,000 in cash.

The first six contestants to upload a qualified video will earn a $50 gift card courtesy of General Nutrition Center.
