About Me:

Throughout high school we were scrawny and unmotivated to enter the weight room. We were barely able to rep 175 and becoming stronger was the least of our worries. Within the last 2 years our mindset has changed for the better. The weight-room has been like a 2nd home to us and were always looking to see better results. We have made tremendous strides in our muscular physique as well as confidence. We've tried a lot of supplements and we are going to share what has worked and hasn't worked for us. Our videos are going to try and help you viewers reach your fitness goals. We will be making videos on workouts, supplements, motivation, advice and more. More importantly, we just want to share the knowledge we've gained and help you accomplish your goals.
