The media and schools can try to take action AFTER things like this happen. We need to stop bullying BEFORE these things happen. Clearly these bullies were allowed to do this, the school must have not even done anything, the parents of the bullies also.

@Kenn769 The P obviously isn't from the ghetto . . . the way she dresses and called the D's witness place they were hanging out "the projects" shows that. Nobody that's from the ghetto will say projects, and she's from Lynn, Mass. It costs an arm and a leg just to step foot in that place.
