I'm a Christian, an activist, fairly well traveled, and a nature lover. I like music, art and photography. My favorite subjects in school were history, science, art and music classes, acting and home-ec. I don't know where I got this political thing from, but once every four years, it comes out of hibernation, and then when the elections are all over, it (usually) goes back into hibernation for another 4 years - but maybe not THIS time! Haha

I've been to every state in the USA except North Dakota. I've been to Baja California and Sonora Mexico; British Columbia, and Toronto....also England and Belgium all by myself - crazy, huh?

I was born in Kansas City, Missouri, but grew up in California almost my entire life. In the past 10 years, I have lived in Texas, Florida, and Missouri.

I've been to many churches across the United States thinking that I would find God if I went to the 'right' church. It took a while to figure out that I didn't need to go to church to know God and be close to Him. To tell you the truth, the only experiences with church have been nothing but really bad ones. So if you have been through severe church abuse, I have been there too.

My influences/heros are first and foremost, Jesus. Then croc hunter, Steve Irwin. My other influences are Sarah Palin (love her!), Keith Green, Grizzly Adams, Helen Keller, Rosa Parks, and Amelia Earhart, 1897-1937.
