New York City, year 2095. A floating pyramid has emerged in the skies above Manhattan, inhabited by ancient Egyptian Gods. They have cast judgement down upon Horus (a falcon headed god), one of their own. With only seven days to preserve his immortality, he must find a human host body to inhabit, and search for a mate. In the city below, a beatiful young woman, Jill, with blue hair, blue tears and a power even unknown to her, wanders the city in search of her identity aided by a doctor who is fascinated by this mystery of nature. Reality in this world has a whole new meaning as bodies, voices and memories converge with Gods, mutants, mortals and extra terrestrials.
Wizards (1977)
Although disjointed in its approach and tone, Ralph Bakshis WIZARDS is nothing, if not, an interesting exercise in animated storytelling. Set in a post-apocalyptic future where fairies and other magical creatures have reemerged upon a slowly recuperating Earth. Also emerging in the war scarred sections of the planet are the mutants created by the nuclear fallout. Eventually, two brothers are born into this world; and although, polar opposite in nature both grow to be powerful wizards. Avatar, human in appearance, practices natural magic and lives in the greener lands of Montagar. Blackwolf has the appearance of a mutant, and after doing battle with his brother, has been exiled the radioactive wastelands of Scorch. After the passage of three millennia, Blackwolf has built his powerbase fusing magic with forbidden technology and the ideology of Nazi Germany, all with a single purpose- to defeat his brother and claim the greener lands for him and mutant followers. WIZARDS features the vocal talents of Bob Holt, Steve Gravers, Jesse Welles, David Proval and Mark Hamill.
Fantastic Planet (1973)
Adapted from Stefan Wuls novel(La Planete Sauvage), this psychedelic sci-fi animated movie depicts a social catastrophe on the far distant alien planet Yagam, run by the Draags, highly intellectual, spiritual, blue-skinned, red-eyed giants. Their household pets are tiny, pink-skinned bipeds called Oms who were brought from the planet Terra. Fed up with the maltreatment from their owners, the oppressed Oms decide to start a rebellion to achieve equality and a better life. But the Draags are determined to exterminate the entire species once and for all. Fantastic Planet was the winner of a 1973 Cannes Film Festival grand prize.
Deathlands: Homeward Bound (2003)
The year is 2104. For the past century, the world has been ravaged by war and disaster. Radiation colors the skies, and a red chemical mist hangs over miles of lifeless land. WOW, I just clicked on fire and ice while searching for weird animation like I saw as a 17 year old kid at an animation film festival. While waiting for it to load some I scrolled down and read about (immortal) and realized I've seen it but forgot the title. I thought it was superb, the animation and the imaginative story.

I just saw Fantastic Planet and it was just so surreal and haunting...I feel so inspired now to continue writing stories that have been trapped in my mind for years...thank you so much for uploading the movie!!!
