Cambelt change gone wrong
What happens when a dozey idiot (me) tries to change a cambelt and manages to get the engine to jump a tooth when turning by hand. Looks like valve...

1) Find TDC (and lock engine/cams)
2) Remove tensioner/belt/pulleys
3) Fit new belt/tensioner/pulleys and set tensioner, tighten to correct torque
4) Rotate engine by hand a few times
5) Find TDC and check timing alignment,correct tensioner as necessary
It's not exactly fucking rocket science is...
