👋 Welcome! I'm Finn, I am a transgender gay man, an alcoholic in recovery (11 years ODAT), and l live with mental health challenges and chronic illness.

📣 I share my life openly, passionately & with a sprinkling of humour, in the aim of challenging stigma, raising awareness, and providing information and support to others.

⚠️ Due to my chronic illness, my content can be a bit sporadic, I am currently trying to post blogs and vlogs on alternate weeks. You can of course come and find me on social media inbetween.
