Uh it doesn't say, it just says its a fender squier strat. It plays well, its a bit heavier than the squier but it still plays very well, it has a lower sound like deepr.. uh maybe heavier sound but nothing as to heavy metal, it just isnt so crunchy as a strat can be if you know what I mean. But it gets the job done for green day covers.
