Thank you for visiting my page. My name is Sandy and my official screen name is, as you know, Findsandy. I think all the social networking sites also serve as a vehicle to observe myself from the outside in, hence the 'find' sandy.
I am an inspired chef who is obsessed with great food, great wine and great times. I have plans to enroll in the Maui Culinary Institute in 2009 and the Culinary Institute of America in NY soon after. Like any great chefs out there, I have plans for my own restaurants in the future serving sustainable food and produce. It's also my convition to master the art of hospitality not only in my own life but in my restaurants.
