Addicted2Carbs was started for two friends who realized that they had a serious addiction to food -- and the main issue was carbs!! Atkins became the way of life for both of us, and we are going to continue to vlog to show our success. I hit goal 5 months after starting Atkins, and I am happy to see the 30 pounds gone. Ron is going to reach his goal in 2010!!
