This is one of my favorite combos to throw, especially being an in-fighter. I love slipping and going to the body and this was a great combo to throw from a close distance. As I explained in the video, you can also throw it from the outside which really works well to set up a strong cross. Even if you're not a fighter, it's very beneficial for you to throw into your heavy bag training because it makes you use more of the body and the rotation helps work the obliques.
