Unless you want it in slow-mo i dont think the extra 4 frames will make a difference. in that case i would get after effects and do a time remap with frame blending on...

the only thing i could think of for criticism is that you should definitely motion track the smoke from the bullet hits to the background so when you move the camera the smoke doesn't go with it but i think someone else already pointed that out....otherwise great movie :)
