The Piano is a 1993 Film about a mute Pianist Ada and her daughter Flora. Piano Film is like Bluebeard tail - real story for adults.
Ada has to leave with Flora and to get married to husband, that she don't know. Flora and her father composer is like some fictional love illusion. But something has to be real, if she was born.
What is dramatical about this Film - finger story. Scene of cutting finger is so realistic, that it's difficult to look at it and to believe, that her husband could be so cruel. Even, if she was not faithful. The ending of movie is good, but very doubtful, remembering that Baines was poor.

Actresses: Holly Hunter and Anna Paquin.
Music by Michael Nyman.
The film was an international co-production by Australian producer Jan Chapman with the French company Ciby 2000.
