What is the best way to fill a heavy punching bag ? What material should I use thank you.

Best training videos on YT! Request, could you make a beginner help video on form and technique? It would really help to see a solo video displaying and showing off proper stance, hand positioning, how to throw correct jabs and punches, hand and arm rotation, etc. I was surprised to not really find a video dedicated to such beginner tips.

im not a profesinal or in any boxing class...i just like to train like a boxer...i would like some tips on how to tune up my right, and tips of how to be more evasive better footwork...please set up some videos of that
