the Palanquin Ship, a new VSH map for TF2

The mapping started in January 2013, though I started making plans before that.
That said, most of the ship's structure was decided along the way. The inside for instance, I had no idea what it would look like in the beginning.

This is definitely the map in which I put the most efforts since dm_SDM_final, and I did that one over 2 years while I did that ship in only 5 months. I could have been faster I guess, but IRL obligations kept me busy for a while (on the bright side, I had dinner with Gen Urobuchi at Epitanime).

As in my other maps, you'll find easter eggs hidden here and there. They may be small props that can you can kick around, or more sophisticated pieces of technology able to change the weather, the time of day, or even the type of world that the ship is sailing in.

Thanks a lot to all those who participated in the tests, your feedback was invaluable.
