Hm , sound isn't clear it sounds like it's in an acoustic area like a stadium you can hear a bit of echo. it is probably hooked code for both hud and radio (or some twean in commona/data files)

Ofcourse noone noticed when they planted the bombs in the "renovation floor" which i would call 9/11 cause floor. 1 bomb is enough to cause enough force to smash the whole building down. And it seems it had a weak structure anyway.

It was an inside job, the building was demolished with explosives set on each angle where the qubical steel join each other. Perfect proof is the WTC 7 demolition that happened not long ago before WTC 1 and 2 collapsed.
