Ooh! and as an added fact, I have a craazy story having to do with a personal fitness story-- I used to weigh 245 lbs. and lost it all with healthy diet and exercise 7 years ago. So now..this seems like jes' the perfect venue to pass advice and any wisdom along (even if I help someone in a small way who's willing to GET in shape and be the best they can be) this new year :)
