a quick one just to show off the clock.
Finally got the right math to get an accurate clock value for an AVR Timer.

TargetTimerCount = ((Input Freq/Prescale)/TargetFreq)-1

Seems to work for for me, I tested it again my HIGHLY ACCURATE cell phone stopwatch, anyway, they didn't deviate after several hours.
