I agreed with the top 10, except Michael Jackson should have replaced R.E.M. in my opinion. But then he didn't even make the list...fail.

I'm not sure how much I can trust VH1 after they did a top 40 music vids of 2011. One of Katy Perry's songs was number one, and Lmfao's Party Rock Anthem didn't make the list.

He took the line at the beginning from Paula Abdul.

@KingKook Kate Bush only had one song I really liked, but I REALLY like that song.

It's funny because she's such a hit in Europe. So many here hate her. I think if they knew how famous she was, they'd give her more of a chance.

I always wonder how many views some of these songs would have if internet/youtube existed in the 80's like it does today. I think songs like this would have anywhere from 20-50mil within 2-3 years.

I like new music. I don't understand why so many who like the old music have to hate the new music. Tbh, I like it all. I even listen to some of the big band out of the 40's. You have to have really good marketing to sell music. Almost no one can cover the costs for that themselves, so producers/record companies cover it. @dragonbrooke Don't watch it, it's disgusting. All she does is throw up the whole time. I think it was just a filler, honestly. It's pretty bad. First vid of hers I haven't liked at all, and I've seen all of them. Although the cancun on was kind of pointless.
