this IS an HK rifle, CAI purchases parts kits from deactivated rifles and then makes a reciever and barrel to make them compliant here in america, CAI has had many issues with quality in the past, but they may have improved quality in the last few years.

rifles don't jam underwater, the rate of fire is just decreased considerably and effective range is about 10 feet, so pretty useless, a spear gun would be usefull.

@mmg93, no thats not a 47 it IS an ak-74 it fires 5.45X39 cartridge NOT the AK-47 standard 7.62X39 round, the 5.45 round is much more damaging thats why the saudis call it the poison bullet. it's designed to tumble 2 inches into soft tissue doing MASSIVE damage to targets.
