Fans of death metal AND folk are hard to come by - great to meetcha! Thanks for popping by my channel and askin' about my brother. He's physically okay, but he has some paralysis on his right side and can't talk. Hopefully over the next year(s?) he'll improve. I'll definitely be back to check out the rest of your uploads before too long. You've got a really neat style. I didn't even know there was a video for Butterfly effect till I saw in your feed you'd liked it. That's one of my favorite songs ever!

If so called metalcore is a sub genre of metal, then it is metal. Say there is an oak tree growing in your yard. You can't claim the newer limbs are a different kind of wood just because they are newer and look different. If it is growing off of the metal tree IT IS METAL, GET OVER IT.

Heavy Metal now adays is something like Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, etc.. Metalcore evolved from Hardcore and Heavy Metal which then is a sub genre of Heavy metal. Therefore you cannot claim that Metalcore is heavy metal..
